ABOUT TCTC
Minnesota’s public programs are more critical and complex than ever. Twin Cities Training Commons trains and empowers human services employees with high-quality, customizable learning sessions. We take everyday human services topics like Section, GRH, and Medicaid, and demystify them so your staff can continue to change lives.
We also offer a full suite of consulting and staff support services.

Founder Kate Liska identified a lack of formal pathways for entry-level and direct care human services employees to become literate in programs like Section 8, GRH, mental health services, and more. Twin Cities Training Commons now offers a full suite of in-depth, customizable trainings to fit your organization’s needs. Combining 10 years of experience in human services, teaching, and event planning, Kate personally designs and delivers the entire TCTC curriculum.
